My journey in tech started back in the 1980s when I launched my first business, developing a software application called The Video Retailer for video stores (remember those?!).

For over 15 years, I worked in information management and technology across government, healthcare, non-profits, and industry.

Then I came to my senses, struck out on my own, and have spent the last 15+ years helping small and medium-sized businesses cut through digital chaos, expand their reach, and build thriving communities – without losing their sanity.

I know trusting someone with your website and business is a big deal. Maybe you’ve been burned before by poor communication or lack of follow-through.
