Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by us, we welcome clients who are looking for a long-term partner with a professional and dedicated web team.

We first do a “Website Health Review” to become familiar with your website, how it was built and identify any potential issues that can arise.

With the evaluation, we will both have a baseline of where your website is now and determine whether you are a good fit for one of our Peace Of Mind (aka care and maintenance) plans.

Most importantly we will make a list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan.

If you choose to continue with us as your partner, we will onboard you ASAP.

If not, you will have invested in a thorough report on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your website that you can move forward with.

Website backups, updates and monitoring should be done on all websites to make sure they are not vulnerable to attack.

Often, website owners do not prioritize this kind of work (hey, you have enough to do) and leave themselves at risk.

It’s not just about the protection, however. We include analytics and reporting that provides you with information on how people are interacting with your website.

Leave the tech work to us, and focus on growing your business!

They will be treated as individual sites and you will pay a Care and Maintenance fee for each.

Many websites use custom themes or plugins, and that can affect how safely they can be updated and maintained. To make sure nothing breaks, information is needed about what was customized, why it was done, and how those changes interact with WordPress and other plugins on your site.

Because every customized setup is different, the best next step is to schedule a quick call. That conversation allows a review of the custom work, discussion of any risks, and confirmation of whether this Website Care Plan is a good fit or if another of our plans is a better fit.

For any site we build, we offer hosting automatically.

If you sign up for a care plan with us and want to move to one of our hosting packages, we can make that happen!

If you are simply looking for help to move to another host – we can help you out!

Hosting your email with a web agency is not the best solution.

We recommend hosting your email with a cloud solution such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office 365.

We are Google users and are happy to assist you if you’d like to use them as well.

Don’t forget, your email should always be from the same URL as your website, and that means no free Hotmail or Gmail accounts!

We pride ourselves on the standard of care we provide. However we can’t guarantee that your site will not be a target or hosting may go down. These are out of our complete control.

What we can guarantee is that we will do everything within our power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of your website site should something occur.

Malware removal is not included in this care plan for Canadian Small Businesses.

We can, however, help you with malware or a hack for a very reasonable price.

The best approach is prevention!

If you have an enhancement or task that requires more than your dedicated monthly time, we will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan.

We will evaluate requests that exceed your time on a case by case basis, and with approval, work past the time and bill for time exceeded at our current support rate.

Yup. We don’t lock you in to a plan. You are free to leave anytime.
